Maintenance Plans
Envision offers two standard MAINTENANCE service levels to meet your cleaning and maintenance needs.
Our PLATINUM Service level provides a more in-depth service for more discriminating maintenance needs while the GOLD Service includes many “extras” as standard elements, for which other contractors may charge more or require special scheduling.
Because we are locally owned and operated, we can customize a maintenance package to meet your specific cleaning needs.
No matter what cleaning package is created for you, your Envision Clean Green Team will use only the most environmentally friendly cleaners, equipment and techniques for your particular needs. It is our commitment to be environmentally responsible every day, every time, and on every job.
General Clean
We use color-coded microfiber rags to eliminate cross contamination and use environmentally preferred cleaning products to preserve the environmental health of your facility. Our 13-point checklist assures there is no crevice or crack left untreated, including the sanitizing of phones and water coolers.
Floor Clean
Our floor cleaning assures hard surfaces are left residue-free, reducing slip potential and assuring a streak-free shine. When VCT floors become dull, we have a VCT Intensive service that revives shine and brightness. We vacuum carpets with two-stage filtration systems to assure dust remains in the container and is not re-circulated into the air. For carpet stains and spots, we use a hydrogen peroxide spotting solution that removes organic stains while naturally deodorizing.
Stone Care
Our basic maintenance packages maintain stone surfaces on a daily basis with environmentally preferred products that preserve the integrity of the stone surface. Additionally, we offer Stone Care Intensive services for marble, granite and terrazzo for periodic rejuvenation of these beautiful surfaces.
Restroom Cleaning
Restrooms say a lot about your facility and can present the greatest cleaning challenge. Our services make sure your restrooms are clean, odor-free, and well-stocked.
Common/Office Areas
Our staff is trained to respect personal work-space, yet provide necessary cleaning and maintenance services. We:
- Dust surfaces, vents, door frames, and sills
- Clean and disinfect telephones
- Empty and re-line trash receptacles
- Remove finger marks and smudges from doors, jams and light switches
- Clean glass surfaces
- Clean and sanitize water coolers
Breakrooms/Kitchens
We make sure that this area receives the same attention as other areas. We clean and disinfect counters, tables, chairs and sinks. Floors are cleaned and disinfected (as needed) and regularly buffed to a high shine. Sinks and bright work sparkle with regular cleaning and polishing. Walls behind trash receptacles are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
Individual Workspaces/Offices
Our staff is trained to respect the individual workspace (cubicles, offices, counters), yet provide necessary cleaning and maintenance services. Your work area is cleaned and maintained while important papers or work materials are not disturbed. We:
- Dust surfaces and sills
- Clean and disinfect telephones
- Empty and re-line trash receptacles
- Remove finger marks and smudges from doors, jams and light switches
- Clean glass surfaces
- Clean and sanitize water coolers
Services Offered
Envision pulled through for Ohio Kentucky Steel. We needed to clean our production machinery and floors during a compressed time frame outage. Envision did an excellent job. They were on time and on budget. They were cost and quality conscious, were easy to work with, and, through their hands-on project management, kept everything properly coordinated.
We now use Envision for all our cleaning-related projects whenever they are needed. This includes the cleaning of our offices on an ongoing basis and also whenever we need a deep cleaning completed in our production areas.
